What is All Team Bash? 

All Team Bash is an automotive lifestyle event hosted by Kimo & Maria. We have been Married for 18 years and hosting events for over ten.

We spent many years with a large car club of our own. Team Sunworks. We created All Team Bash to bring people together without Car judges or awards based on your builds. Because we believe, nothing is more important than each other. The very first All Team Bash was held in Houston, TX at Bear Creek Park in . June of 2008 by the summer of 2012 we had outgrown the space. We rented our very first venue in 2013. Over the next 5 years, we would end up in four different states. All unexpectedly as our intentions were never to become a business. It just happened because of our passion.

 

Our goal was and will always be to create an environment that encourages fellowship amongst teams, enthusiasts and creative individuals.​ We honestly believe by supporting one another we can build unity.

Our amazing friends and team have been by our side for many years, and without them and the support of each of you, we would not be here today.

We promise to do everything from our hearts and souls.

Is the event family friendly? Yes, our events are family friendly.  All events are geared towards enthusiasts and their family members. Children will have fun at the events too. 

Does it cost to attend an ATB Event?  *Yes, entry to attend event is $20 at the gate per person and $15 online (using the presale link) per person.  Price is per person. A presale event ticket link is posted a few weeks before the event both on website and FB event page. Tickets online are $15 and $20 on the day of the event. Tickets are non-refundable. Online purchases will receive a one-time use barcode. You can print of a copy or show barcode from phone on the day of the event. It can only be scanned once. Cash, card, Venmo and cash app are accepted at the gate. Military /First Responders (must provide a valid ID. The Military Discount covers the individual veteran.

 

 We recently made changes to the entry age of children attending ATB event. Age use to be 13 and under. As of Jan 2023, the age is 10 and under get in for free. 11 and up will be charged the regular fee of  $20 per person at the gate, or $15 per person online (using the presale link)

Where can I purchase my event ticket? You have the option of purchasing an event ticket online during our presale period. This link is usually posted a few months leading up to the event on the event page as well as on the schedule section of this website- each event has their own ticket link. You can also pay at the gate. We accept card, venmo, cash app on the day of the event.

What time does the event start and end? All Team Bash is open to the public at 9 AM and ends at 2 PM. We recently made changes to the end time. Tickets are non-refundable after purchase online or on event day. We open the gates and allow run in at 9 am. 

Am I allowed to re -enter the event if I need to leave? Yes, as long as you have your event wristband on, you are able to leave an enter the event. Everyone should have a wristband ( military and regulary entry). The only ones who aren't required to have a wristband are children 10 and under. If you do not have a wristband on, you will not be able to enter the event or re-enter the event. After purchase of tickets they are not refundable. 

Can you attend if you are not part of a team/car club? Yes you can. Our events simply started out in 2008 to bring car clubs together. But plenty of people attend that are not in teams. In fact many teams have been started at these events, as well as people meeting teams that they join. But with or without a team, you are a part of the community! 

Is there spectator only parking? No, at all of our events we encourage all vehicle park together. We want everyone to feel welcomed even if they do not want to show off their rides. There are teams that that attend our events, we ask that attendees be considerate of teams parking together.

 

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome to attend the event. We ask that all dogs remain on a leash during the entire duration of the event. Please help us maintain a clean environment by disposing of any dog waste in a near by trashcan. 

Can I bring food/drink into the event? Yes, you can bring food into the event. BBQ & Ice chests are permitted. We ask that you keep your area clean and use the provided trashcans to clean up your area. Charcoal grills are allowed but charcoals MUST be cooled down before disposed. We ask that no grills are left behind at the venue.

Will there be food trucks at the event? Yes, we try to have a variety of food trucks at the event selling food and drinks. We post food truck information leading up to the event. 

Is there music at the events? We do our best to bring local artists to provide music at our events. We are big supporters of local artists. 

Are there vendors? Yes, we love supporting local businesses. We try to have a variety of vendors out to give the event attendees something to check out. This event is about community.

 

How can I become a Food vendor or a Non Food vendor?  If you are interested in being a food vendor or a non food vendor simple send us an email us at allteambash@gmail.com. Please specify which event you are interested in and include a description of your business.  Non food trucks are 10x10- $50, 10x20 - $100, 10x30 - $130. This is the fee for the vendor space only. You must pay the entry fee after securing the space. Food truck vendor prices vary from state to state. All vendors are vetted before approval. For more information send us an email

Does All Team Bash have merchandise for sell? Yes, we sell ATB merchandise items at all of our events. Merchandise booth opens up at 10 AM unless otherwise advertised. We offer a variety of different items you can choose from, event shirts, hats, decals and lanyard. Prices range from $5-$30 bucks per item. We accept cash, card, Venmo and cash app at the merchandise booth.  

Do you offer Media Passes? We do offer a few media passes for each event. If you are interested, please email is at allteambash@gmail.com, we ask that you be specific which event you are interested and a description of who you are.

Are there trophy categories? All Team bash does not have trophies for cars. We offer trophies for a variety of games in which trophies can be won. We do have a specialty trophy that is passed around at each event. This is called King of Clubs. All Team Bash chooses 1 team first to receive the King of Club trophy and after that the picked team passes it on to a new team. This is done towards the end of the event after announcements. Typically teams write their names on the skull and decorate it and the next team will do the same.
